FOR WHO? All students (degree AND non-degree) are required to complete and submit homework.
HOW OFTEN? There is one homework assignment for every chapter. There are typically 3 chapters per book and typically 6 books per year. So, approximately 18 homework assignments over the entire school year.
HOW MANY QUESTIONS? Homeworks typically have about 10-20 questions.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT? The questions might be a variant of multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, or short answer and will only span that chapter.
FOR WHO? Only degree students will be required to complete both sections of the exam.
WHAT ARE THE 2 SECTIONS?
1. The first section contains questions in the same format as the homework questions. These questions will span the entire book.
2. The second section contains essay questions that will encourage students to summarize (in detail) key points from the book.

HOW MANY QUESTIONS? The first section of the exam is typically have about 15-30 questions. The second section is typically 2-4 essay questions.
